European Postcode Map

An ideal tool for anyone who conducts business across Europe, the European Postcode map is especially popular with transport companies and marketing firms. Updated and revised in 2006, this colourful map covers all of Europe from Norway in the north to Crete in the south and from Portugal in the west through to Azerbaijan in the east. Within each country the primary section of the Postcode is highlighted by coloured blocks and annotated. The UK is shown to Postcode Area level (e.g. OX) with an inset for the Greater London area. The base map shows cities and large towns along with motorways and major rivers (roads and rivers are not named). Countries are identified by their ISO country codes (e.g 'D' for Germany and 'F' for France), an index of these codes is provided in the key panel.
The map is permanently bonded between two sheets of tough, flexible, crystal-clear plastic. This finish allows you to “write on, wipe off” with dry or wet wipe pens. Shows a comprehensive road network identifying Autobahns, trunk roads, federal roads as well as some more minor roads overlaid with postcode boundary names and information. Each postcode Area is depicted in a different colour and then subdivided into its component Regions and postal codes, Area zone offices (postal towns) are also marked. Airports, railways and international boundaries are also shown.
