Primary Care Map Series

Covering the entire country in seven sheets, this unique and highly detailed series displays the SHA & Primary Care Trust boundaries (including their names) current as at October 2006 including the reconfigured boundaries. The map for Wales has been updated in October 2009 to include the latest organisational changes. Presented on a large scale base map, the map base shows details down to ‘B’ road level and hospitals are annotated by a numbered icon cross-referred to an index of hospital names printed within an information panel on the map. SHA boundaries and names are also shown.
