How can I place an order?
Very easily. Choose from one of three options: order online, over the phone or by posting your order to Map Marketing Limited, Unit 4A, Hatherleigh Industrial Estate, Holsworthy Road, Hatherleigh, Devon EX20 3LP.
How can I pay for my order?
We accept the following credit/debit cards: VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Maestro. If you wish to pay for your order by cheque then please make the Sterling cheque made payable to ‘Map Marketing Limited’; please remember to add the correct postage.

Do your prices include VAT?
All prices are inclusive of VAT, where applicable. Most laminated and framed maps are zero-rated for VAT.

Can I collect my order from Map Marketing?
Yes, although we operate primarily as a mail order company, customers are welcome to collect their own orders directly from us. Please always phone in advance so that we can check that stock is available. Please note that our London office only holds a small level of stock. Please bear in mind that products that are created to order, for example site-centred jigsaws, take up to 14 days to manufacture so orders need to be received well in advance of collection date.
What can I do if I am unable to find the right map?
Are any of the maps available digitally?
No, Map Marketing only supplies large, hard-copy wall maps.
Can you supply me with a full postcode for a particular address?
No, however the Royal Mail can via their Postcode Finder.
Are Postal Address Books still available (postcode books listing all codes)?
Unfortunately, the Royal Mail phased these books out in 2005.
Can you produce a map that displays full unit postcodes for an area?
No, this is not possible. We can, however, produce a range of maps showing Postcode Areas, Districts & Sectors
