US Delivery Statement

We have been advised by all our US shipping partners that there are significant delays on getting parcels to customers due to adverse weather conditions and delays following the huge influx of orders into their shipping channels.

We are very sorry about this as we can see that this going to affect some of our customers orders. We have been assured by our US shipping partners that they will get all parcels to their destinations but that they may be later than previously stated. We are so sorry about this. Please be patient and be assured that we are doing everything they are doing everything they can to get your parcel to you

You should have received a tracking number when the parcel shipped. Please check this to ensure that your parcel is on its way. If your order was placed before the 7th Dec you should have had an email with this this information on. If you have not, please let us know so that we can check this for you
